Lancaster & Wyre- Independent Advisory Group

We are looking for volunteers to join the Lancaster & Wyre Independent Advisory Group (IAG) panel.

No prior experience is needed, but a commitment to improving the local community. We are looking for volunteers that have strong links to the community and a broad representation of the diverse communities that we serve in terms of disability, gender identity, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation and will be able to demonstrate strong links and effective engagement, with one of the defined diverse communities.

As an IAG panel member you must live or work in the Lancaster, Morecambe or Wyre area and be available for meetings which are currently held bi monthly on Monday evenings at Lancaster Police Station.

This volunteer opportunity is subject to police vetting, you must be 18 years + and you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
