Did you know that the quickest and most convenient way of accessing council services is online at https://www.lancaster.gov.uk/information/do-it-online. You don’t have to wait until our offices are open to report, apply, book or make a payment. You can save time and do it online at any time, from anywhere and on any device. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can also visit us in person at the town halls in Lancaster and Morecambe. Our customer service centres are open from 9am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
