Lancaster music festival

Lancaster Music Festival wanted to share with you details about this year’s exciting festival.

There will be over 30 venues, 250+ acts, 14 busk stops, 2 shop-front juke boxes, 2 secret venues, 25 participation events, 3 musical theatre shows and an art exhibition.

The ‘Special Events and Join In!’ sections on the main webpage include many events that are in partnership with other local arts organisations and community groups with shows, events and workshops including sessions for all ages such as yoga with live Indian music, baby sensory sessions, community drum circles, a sound trail with music therapist Fredrik Holm, and lots of art and dance sessions that people can join in.

There will be a performance of the LMF Bollywood dance troupe who will perform with Bollywood band, Bollywood Pandits, in Sun Square and at the Gregson Community Arts Centre on the Sunday 17th.

Everything apart from Secret LMF is free. As there is limited availability for a lot of the events they advise booking places asap!
