Nitrous Oxide Canisters

Over the last few weeks we have received more reports of people parking up on Car Parks and stopping at roadsides to inhale Nitrous Oxide Canisters either by using balloons or the mouth pieces ( shown )

Any sightings of people using or believed to be using these either report to myself or by contacting 101
