Lancaster City Council Community Hub, we pride ourselves on our flexibility of being able to go out into the community and offer advice and support to our residents.

By offering a face-to-face service, including the option for video appointments, we aim to reach out to communities across the district and be accessible for those who need us most.

We can assist with enquiries regarding council services, and signpost to relevant departments and other community and organisational support.
