Are you a permanent resident in the Lancaster district and struggling to pay your bills due to the cost-of-living crisis?

Perhaps your energy bills are higher than most because there is someone with a disability in your household that needs to keep warm or depends on the running of medical equipment

If so, you might be able to apply for help from the Discretionary Energy Rebate Scheme.

We will just need you to provide proof of your address and recent bank statements.

To apply, go to www.lancaster.gov.uk/support and click on the Discretionary Energy Rebate Scheme drop down.

The deadline to apply is Monday 21st November so don’t miss out.
